To celebrate Sea Otter Awareness Week, every Gifts for Rescue donation and otter adoption will be matched up to a total of $10,000 until September 30, 2026. Help twice as many animals in need before the match runs out.

Puck was rescued from the Pelican Bay Marina in Granville Island, Vancouver. Weighing just over 6kg, Puck was reported to be alone, covered in lanugo fur and still fully attached to the placenta.

Canadian Bacon was rescued from Bowen Island with the help of the Vancouver Police Department Marine Unit. She was without her mother and located in an area that would have been very difficult to access on our own.
